Overview

The School of International Education is mainly responsible for the teaching and management, international exchanges and cooperation, foreign students'education and foreign affairs services of the basic courses of foreign languages, Chinese and mathematics. Currently, there are 59 faculty members including 75% of double-qualified teachers, two professors, 13 associate professors, four doctors, three school-level exemplary teachers, more than 85% of graduate teachers, 11 teachers with foreign educational experience, andone young backbone teacher of "Qing Lan Project" in Jiangsu Province.



There are two school-level teaching teams, one school-level language training center, one school-level language and culture research center and one New Oriental Learning Center.



The School has vigorously launched education in China to recruit nearly 130 overseas students from Laos, Cambodia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Nigeria and Philippines. The College has steadily promoted its internationalization strategy and continuously expanded its international influence. In the past two years, the School has ranked among the top 50 in the international influence of Higher Vocational Colleges in China. The College will fully implement the "Student Center" education concept, take improving the English application ability of teachers and students as its responsibility, devote itself to improving teachers'bilingual ability, and further promote the international level of running schools to a new level.
